Exercise: just loading the car, and about a half hour of beach time

Sesame kale, carrot and red pepper and turkey wrap which I didn’t finish, but forgot to photograph

Tossed salad with vinaigrette.

Cajun grilled scallops, shrimp and flounder (or grouper – can’t recall.) Plain baked potato.
I brought home half the fish and the shrimp.
